How we work
Editorial policy & methodology
Which software category, vendor or replacement should this buyer choose?
Criteria before products
We define the decision and its real constraints before creating a shortlist. Recommendations are conditional, include limitations and remain useful without commercial links.
Sources and method
Desk research is our normal method. We link to official product documentation, help centres, pricing pages and changelogs for decisive facts. We distinguish documented facts, vendor claims and inference. Each article states its method and sources. We claim direct use only when it actually happened and its scope is described.
Unknown stays unknown
An undocumented feature is not necessarily absent. Confirm prices, availability, plan limits and integrations with the supplier before purchasing. We do not invent scores, benchmark results or testing experience.
One decision, one owner
We protect existing portfolio decisions and do not publish the same article on multiple brands. A product can legitimately appear in different guides when the buyer’s decision differs.
Corrections
Use Contact with the page, disputed fact and source. Confirmed material corrections update the affected article and its change date.
